I thought it might be helpful to frame all the rest of the blog entries about the Paris Olympics with our overall itinerary for the trip. You’ll see it was really packed and didn’t leave a lot of downtime, but we still managed to hang out at our apartment quite a bit watching other Olympics events on TV that we weren’t lucky enough to go see in person. I already mentioned in the first post that we were delayed getting to Paris and missed our first event of Water Polo, so you’ll see that plan crossed out and replaced below. We also didn’t do everything we planned. Sometimes we cancelled things if we just weren’t feeling like going or wanted to do something else. This freed up more time for us to wander around and be a little spontaneous.
